Used for miscellaneous purposes, it has a rugged, corrosion-resistant steel roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, offering reliable protection from the elements, pests and other sources of damage. It also counts (5) 10’x12’ ridge vents among its key features, which help extend the life of the roof while improving the building’s energy efficiency.

Also making the metal shop highly energy efficient is a high-performance insulation package.
