Boasting striking, desert sand-colored paint, the structure is comprised of top-quality steel materials, and it stands 40’x16’x20 in size. Energy efficient and easy to maintain, the metal building now functions as a shop, and a rugged, polar white metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead.

Distributed throughout the shop building are (7) framed openings varying by size and function, among them (4) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (4) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors, (1) 4070 opening enclosing (1) 4070 walk door, (1) 6070 opening harboring (1) 4070 walk door, and finally, (1) 3030 window. To keep energy bills low while enhancing overall comfort for shop building users, the structure also features an insulation package. Within its roof, it boasts R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation lies within the walls. A wind speed rating of 110 mph serves an additional building attribute.

Located in the foothills of the rugged and scenic Beartooth Mountains, this pre-engineered metal building undergoes use as a shop, and it offers the strength and durability mountain life demands. It stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and has a wide clear span that maximizes floor space, and it also features high overhead clearance, making for a particularly versatile and spacious environment.

Protecting the interior of the steel shop is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings serve as additional shop features.
