Aesthetically appealing, easy to maintain and built to last, the building now functions as a shop for its owner. Crafted from high-end steel components, it boasts a finished size of 23’x49’x12’ once fully erect, and a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 2.55:12 pitch protects the inside of the structure from overhead. The shop has (4) framed openings varying in size and function distributed throughout, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings, (1) 126’x10’ opening and (1) 3070 framed opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.

In consideration of the wind patterns commonly seen in and around the Tulare area, a 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional shop feature. Set within Southern California’s Tulare County, Tulare is located within the heart of the state’s Central Valley. It lies about 60 miles north of Bakersfield and about eight miles south of Visalia.

Now used as a workshop, the building stands 30’x50’x12’ in size and features a broad, open clear-span design that boosts its versatility. Crafted from premium-quality steel components, the shop delivers uncompromising strength and durability, holding strong in the face of harsh weather, pests and moisture, among related hazards.

Its rugged, moisture-resistant roof is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume metal panels and features a 1:12 pitch, and (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” serve as additional steel workshop features. Other shop characteristics added with regard for the climate of Anza in mind include a 43-pound snow load and 110-mph wind speed rating.
