Economical, durable and attractive, the building features premium-quality steel construction and a Light Stone-colored exterior. Now operating as a shop, the metal building boasts a Burnished Slate-colored roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead, and it features a clear-span design and a finished size of 36’x40’x16’.
To help lower energy bills, muffle sound and improve interior comfort for users, the building features R-10 insulation within its roof, and (3) framed openings serve as additional attributes, among them (1) 16’x10’ opening, (1) 12’x14’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.
