Crafted from top-quality steel components, the energy-efficient building is ash gray in color and stands 40’x40’x16’ in size. Now used as a shop, it is covered and protected from the elements by an exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch. Inside the building are (8) framed openings varying in size and function. Offering uncompromised durability in the face of salty air, strong winds and other construction hazards common across coastal Florida, the insulated steel building stands 50’x80’x16’ in size and is currently in use as a shop. It features an unobstructed clear span, meaning it has no interior columns or trusses taking up unnecessary space, and it also features high ceilings, allowing for any number of different uses.
The roof of the metal shop has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged Galvalume steel panels, and installed within it is a layer of R-10 fiberglass insulation, which improves energy efficiency and interior comfort.
