Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Rio Verde, Arizona, in January of 2018.

Attractive, versatile and highly energy efficient, the building stands 50’x100’x188’ in size and serves private usage. Featuring top-quality steel construction, it boasts a bright Red exterior, while a complementing Brown metal roof with a 3:12 pitch provides protection from above.

Distributed throughout the premanufactured steel building are (6) framed openings; (3) 36’x80’ openings and (3) 3’x3’ openings, and a high-performance insulation package that reduces energy bills and enhances interior comfort serves as an additional project feature. In its roof, the building contains R-30 insulation, while the walls house R-19 insulation.

Additional accommodations made with regard for the climate characteristics of the Rio Verde area in mind include a 105-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load. A master-planned community situated northeast of the city of Scottsdale, in Maricopa County, Rio Verde is a popular golf destination that lies about 34 miles from Tempe and about 57 miles outside Litchfield Park.

Multipurpose Metal Building in Stanton, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet secured this premanufactured steel building on behalf of a client in Stanton, Arizona, in early April of 2018.

Both building and roof are comprised of rugged, acrylic-coated Galvalume Plus metal, with the building standing 50’x80’x18’ in size and the hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roof offering a 1:12 pitch. Now used as a multipurpose structure, the building features (5) framed openings that vary in size, among them (2) 10’x10 openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 12’x1’ opening.

In consideration of the typical weather and climate characteristics of Stanton and the surrounding Arizona landscape, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental project features. Situated within west-central Arizona’s Yavapai County, Stanton is predominantly a large RV park community. It lies about 24 miles north of Wickenburg and about 90 miles northwest of the city of Phoenix.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, in late September of 2016.

Both striking and energy efficient, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel components and stands 50’x80’x17’ in size. Now used as a shop, it is covered and protected from above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the rugged, low-maintenance metal building are (4) framed openings, among them (2) 16’x14’ openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

Also included in the project is an insulation package. High-performance R-30 metal building insulation can be found within the roof, while R-19 insulation is installed within the walls. This drastically reduces energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users regardless of the outside climate. The building also boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph.

A city set within northwestern Arizona’s Mohave County, Lake Havasu City lies about 60 miles outside Kingman and 39 miles from Parker.
