It is now used as a shop by RJA Dozer Services, a Minneola-based excavation contracting service. Crafted from premium components from CO Building Systems, the large metal building is 80’x200’x21’ in size, and is covered and protected by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Additional building features include (3) framed openings; (1) 25’x20’ in size and (2) of which house 3070 walk doors for easy user accessibility. Because of the constant threat of severe weather, including tornado activity and seasonal snowfall, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 20 lbs.

Dodge County is located within Ford County, in the southwestern section of Kansas. It lies about 154 miles outside Wichita and 68 miles from Garden City.

Made of exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal, the building boasts bright polar white trim and is now used as a shop by the owner. The roof, too, is made of rugged, premium-quality Galvalume metal, and it has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the steel building is (1) 3070 framed opening, which encloses (1) 3070 heavy-duty steel walk door with a lever lock. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. serve as additional project features and were included in consideration of the variable temperatures and weather patterns characteristic of the greater Liberal area.

Light stone in color, the durable and low-maintenance Louisiana metal building is now used as a shop, and boasts a finished size of 60’x100’x16’. Ash gray in color with a complementing burnished slate roof with a 2:12 pitch, the building now functions as a shop. Rugged, durable and energy efficient, it stands 24’x30’x10’ in size when fully erect and has (4) framed openings that vary in size. Included are (1) 3’x3’ opening, (1) 10’x8’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x8’ insulated door with a manual chain hoist and (2) 3070 openings equipped with (2) 3070 walk doors.

The project also includes an insulation package. Installed in the shop building’s roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. This considerably reduces the building’s energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users year-round. In consideration of the humid-subtropical climate of the Eunice area, the structure also features a high wind speed of 130 mph. This Garco steel shop building is 80’x100’x18’ with a 1:12 pitch.  In meeting the requirements of a high wind area, this building is rated for a wind load of 90 MPH and has a ground snow load rating of 20 PSF. It features white walls and a galvalume roof and four doors.  They are 30’x16’, 20’x16 and two 3’x7’ walk doors.

Polar white in color and crafted from Garco Building Systems components, the eye-catching, 40’x60’14’ prefabricated metal building is now used as a shop. It’s covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and boasts a variety of framed openings, including (1) 18’x12’ opening and (3) 12’x12’ openings. The metal building also contains (1) 3070 walk door and (3) 3030 windows.

In consideration of Carroll’s strong wind patterns and occasionally heavy seasonal snowfall, the prefabricated building was constructed with a high wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.

Now used as a shop by Calumet Lubricants, a hydrocarbon product manufacturer, the metal building is 51’x55.2’x16’ in size and is crafted from rugged components from Nucor Building Systems. It boasts light stone-colored paint and a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Additional building features include (3) framed openings, among them (2) 14’x14’ roll-up coil doors and (1) heavy-duty 20-gauge steel walk door for convenient user access. To help keep the interior warm in the winter and cool in the summer, R-19 insulation is included in the roof, while R-13 insulation adorns the walls.

Cotton Valley sees considerable rainfall throughout the year and very little, if any, snowfall. With the region’s typical weather patterns in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 5 lbs. at the time of construction.

Cotton Valley is a part of Webster Parish in northern Louisiana, not far from the Arkansas border. It sits about 20 miles northwest of Minden and about 43.3 miles northeast of Shreveport.
