When fully erect, it stands 60’x120’x20’ in size, and it boasts a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (4) framed openings, which include (1) 16’x16’ opening, (1) 14’x14’ opening and (2) 3070 openings.

Installed in the shop’s roof is high-performance R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. The building also features a high snow load of 60 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
