Durable, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building offers impressive versatility, and it now functions as a shop. Boasting an attractive, Charcoal Grey exterior, the building offers a finished size of 40’x60’x12’, and it features an open, clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions, freeing up more usable floor space.

The steel shop’s roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume metal panels and has a 1:12 pitch, and (4) framed openings serve as additional attributes, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings. Installed in the shop’s roof and walls is R-10 fiberglass insulation, which keeps interior temperatures consistent while creating a quieter, more comfortable work environment. The metal workshop also features a 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating; inclusions made in compliance with building code requirements in place at the construction site.

Now in use as an aircraft hangar, the metal building features rugged, reliable steel construction, resulting in unparalleled protection for stored planes and helicopters. Once erect, the steel hangar stands 50’x70’x20’ in size, and it features a wide clear-span so it can easily accommodate aircraft in a range of different sizes.

Ash Gray in color, the metal hangar features (5) framed openings throughout, and these include (1) 40’x16’ opening, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (2) 14’x16’ overhead openings. Overhead, a damage- and corrosion-resistant roof made from Galvalume panels offers premium protection from the elements while boasting a 2:12 roof pitch. The metal shop boasts an attractive, Light Stone-colored exterior that blends well with the surrounding mountain landscape, and distributed throughout it are (8) framed openings. These include (3) 16’x16’ openings enclosing (3) 16’x16’ doors, (4) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (4) 3070 walk doors, and (1) 12’xq10’ opening containing (1) 12’x10’ overhead door.
