Used for municipal purposes, the insulated, energy-efficient building offers the structural integrity and rugged durability life in Colorado demands. Standing 40’x60’x14’ in size, the building features premium-quality steel composition and a broad clear span that makes the most of usable floor space.

Offering protection from above is a watertight, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, and (2) framed openings make the building easily accessible for users. Featured are (1) 12’x12’ overhead door opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening. The metal municipal building also has an insulation package that results in much lower energy bills and better interior comfort. The roof of the building has a layer of R-19 insulation, while a layer of R-13 fiberglass insulation sits within the walls.

Other customizations, among them a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, keep the steel municipal building in compliance with necessary building codes while making it better-suited for its environment.
