Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered steel building in Schlater, Mississippi.

Crafted using premium-grade steel components, the hardwearing, large-scale metal building is tan in color, and it now serves as an arena. It boasts a finished size of 120’x240’x16’ once fully erect, and its heavy-duty roof is made of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch.

Inside, the arena features (4) framed openings, which include (2) 3070 openings designed for user entry and access and an additional (2) 12’x14’ openings. A snow load of 5 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as supplementary features with respect for the weather and climate patterns common throughout Schlater and the surrounding region. A small town set within Mississippi’s Leflore County, Schlater is a part of the Greenwood, Mississippi micropolitan area. It lies about 114 miles from Jackson and about 89 miles outside Oxford.

Steel Agricultural Building in Canby, Minnesota

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Canby, Minnesota in January, 2014. This building is used as an agricultural building to store large equipment and was purchased to replace a building which was lost in a fire. This metal agricultural equipment storage building is about 150 miles from both Watertown and Minneapolis.

This agricultural building is 80’x120’x20’ and features three entrances, two large overhead doors (for access by large equipment). These doors are 25’x18’ and 20’x18’. Additionally, there is a 3’x7’ walk door.

In order to accommodate the climate of Yellow Medicine County in southwest Minnesota, this building is rated for wind speeds of 90 MPH and has a high snow load rating of 50 PSF. Keeping the climate in mind the owner added high efficiency R-19 single layer of 6” insulation on the walls and under the galvalume roof (2:12 pitch).

Steel Building in Callaway, Minnesota

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Callaway, Minnesota, for a Becker County Farmer who was looking for equipment storage on his egg farm.  The owner was so happy with his August, 2013 purchase he purchased another building.  Both buildings are about 25 miles from Mahnomen and Hawley.

The first buildings was made by Nucor. The owner upgraded to polar white walls and roof. It measures 60’x95’x18’ and the roof on this building has a 2:12 pitch. In order to get equipment in and out of this storage building easily, a large 30’x17’ door was installed and there is a 3’x7’ walk door. The wind and snow ratings for this building are: 90 MPH wind and 60 PSF ground snow rating.

The second building is used as a shop, this CO Buildings structure is 40’x60’x18’ in size and contains two doors a  24’x16’ and the other is 3’x7’. The exterior walls on this building are a burnished slate and the roof is fox gray. Just as the other building on the roof has a 2:12 pitch.  The interior walls and roof both feature liner panels. Meeting local codes and the demands of mother nature, this building has a 90 MPH wind rating and 60 PSF ground snow rating.

Metal Building in Marion, Michigan

Metal Building Outlet supplied this Garco-brand building in Marion, Michigan in October of 2012. The structure was intended to be used to store farm equipment. It measured 40’x80’x16’ with a roof pitch of 2:12.  In addition, this steel building was outfitted with a 12’x14’ framed opening.  Marion is located about 66 miles away from Traverse City, Michigan. It falls primarily within the boundaries of Grand Traverse County.

Steel Building in Mattawan, Michigan

Metal Building Outlet supplied this Arch Quonset Hut for storage on Boothby Farms in Mattawan, Michigan. This building was purchased at a used building sale in November of 2011, and the Galvalume-colored building had never been previously erected.

The structure measured 50’x80’x19’ and came equipped with a framed 24’x14’ double sliding door system. Mattawan is located about 15 miles away from Kalamazoo, MI and around 60 miles away from Grand Rapids, MI. This storage structure was an especially cost-effective solution for a storage unit in rural Michigan.

Now used for agricultural purposes, the energy efficient and light stone-colored structure is crafted from premium-quality steel components. Its Galvalume metal roof resists corrosion and has a 2:12 pitch, and the farm building features (10) framed openings varying in terms of size and function. Included are (2) 24’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 24’x14’ insulated sectional doors, (1) 16’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 16’x14’ insulated sectional door, (1) 12’x12’ opening boasting (1) 12’x12’ insulated sectional door, (1) 10’x10’ opening harboring (1) 10’x10’ insulated sectional door, and, finally, (5) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (5) 3070 steel walk doors.
