Highly energy efficient and offering great curb appeal, thanks to a bold, Rustic Red exterior, the building now operates as a workshop. Crafted using premium-grade steel components, it stands 40’x60’x16’ in size, while a hardwearing roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels offers a 2:12 pitch and protection against corrosion and the elements.

Installed in the pre-engineered metal workshop’s roof and walls is R-10 insulation, which keeps energy costs low and shop users comfortable year-round, and distributed throughout the building are (9) framed openings varying in terms of size and function. Featured are (1) 12’x13’6” opening, (2) 3070 openings, (3) 8’10”x9’ openings and (3) 3030 windows to allow for natural sunlight inside.
