Steel Buildings in Osborne, Kansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) prefabricated steel buildings for a customer in Osborne, Kansas.

Attractive, energy efficient and easy to maintain, the metal buildings together operate as a shop. Rugged and built to last, the first building stands 60’x125’x20’ in size, while the second stands 30’x125’x20’ once fully erect. Both structures feature durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, and both buildings themselves are comprised of premium-grade steel components.

The (2) buildings contain R-13 insulation within their roofs and walls, a decision made to lower energy bills associated with the shop while helping users maintain year-round comfort. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 25 pounds serve as additional accommodations added with respect for the climate of Osborne and the surrounding region. Distributed between the (2) buildings are (5) framed openings, and these include (1) 30’x18’ opening enclosing (1) 30’x18’ door, (2) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 walk doors, and (2) 3’x3’ windows that allow for natural sunlight inside.
