Versatile, functional and energy efficient, the building now serves as a shop, and it offers a finished size of 40’x100’x14’. It features top-of-the-line steel construction, while a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch provides considerable protection from above.
Spacious and largely free from interior obstructions, the metal workshop boasts (3) framed openings differing in size, among them (1) 14’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x12’ door, (1) 20’x12’ opening equipped with (1) 20’x12’ door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
An insulation package comprised of R-13 insulation in the workshop’s roof and walls keeps interior temperatures consistent and shop users comfortable year-round, and it also lowers energy bills associated with the property. The roof of the steel workshop is Burnished Slate in color and has a 3:12 pitch, and (4) framed openings are additional noteworthy features.
