Metal Building in Brownsville, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Brownsville, Texas, in February of 2016.

Light stone in color with burnished slate trim, the building, now used as a shop, stands 50’x200’x18’ when fully erect. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and inside the metal shop building are (12) framed openings; (8) 12’x16’ openings and (4) that enclose 3070 walk doors. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building boasts R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in its walls. In addition to drastically slashing energy costs, the insulation serves as a sound barrier and enhances interior comfort year-round for building users.

Additional features include a high wind speed of 150 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. These inclusions were made to enhance durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns common throughout the Brownsville area.

A part of Cameron County in southern Texas, the city of Brownsville lies 28 miles away from South Padre Island and about 27 miles from Harlingen.

Metal Building in League City, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in League City, Texas, in late December of 2013.

The spacious, hard-wearing building is now used as a shop for T&T Hoist. Crafted from high-end steel components, the building stands 60’x68’x16’ when fully erect, and is covered by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Inside the shop building are (5) framed openings that vary in size. Among them are (2) 18’x13’ openings, (1) 16’x8’ opening and (2) 3080 doors. Additional building features include R-13 fiberglass insulation in both the structure’s roof and walls, which helps keep energy expenditures low while enhancing comfort inside year-round.

In consideration of weather in the League City area, the building is engineered with a high wind speed of 150 mph.

A part of the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan area, League City lies within both Galveston and Harris Counties. It sits about 37 miles from Sugar Land and about 27 miles outside Galveston.

Now used as a shop, the building is tan in color, crafted from high-end, hard-wearing components and stands 40’x60’x18’ in size. It is covered by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and inside are (3) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for easy user entry and access.

Additional features of the metal shop building include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. with respect to the typical climate and weather patterns of Kemp and the surrounding area.

A small city located within northeastern Texas’ Kaufman County, Kemp sits along the northern portion of Cedar Creek Lake. The city is located about 63 miles outside Tyler and 27 miles from Terrell.

Metal Building in Poolville, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this large, pre-engineered metal building in Poolville, Texas, in late May of 2015.

One of two metal buildings supplied for the customer, the building is 48’x134’x14’ in size and now functions as a riding arena. Crafted from hard-wearing, high-end components, the building is covered overhead by a galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside are (17) framed openings of varying sizes and purposes. Included are (2) 3070 walk doors, (2) 12’x12’ openings and (8) 4040 windows. Also included in the project are (2) 8040 doors and (3) 10’x10’ openings.

In consideration of the climate and weather patterns of the Poolville area, the riding arena building is engineered with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs.

A part of Parker County in northern Texas, the unincorporated community of Poolville lies about 84 miles outside Plano and 38 miles from Fort Worth.

Pre-engineered Metal Building in Alvin, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Alvin, Texas, in January of 2015.

Boasting appealing pearl-white paint, the building is now used as a shop by the owner. It stands 30’x50’x12’ when fully erect, and is covered overhead by a galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 pitch. The shop building features include (2) framed openings, both of which house one of (2) 3070 walk doors for convenient entry and access.

With respect to the typical climate patterns of Alvin and neighboring areas, which are characterized by hot, humid summers and relatively mild winters, the shop building is engineered with a wind speed of 140 mph.

Located in southeastern Texas’ Brazoria County and a part of the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan area, the City of Alvin lies about 33 miles outside Galveston and 30 miles from Sugar Land.

Used as a shop, the metal building is 40’x60’x14’ in size and is covered overhead by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. The building boasts (2) 12’x12’ framed openings, both of which enclose one of (2) 12’x12’ insulated sectional garage doors. Also included in the building project is (1) 3070 walk door and (6) 24’x6’ garage door windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.

 

In consideration of the typical climate of the Godley area, the shop building was engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 3.5 lbs. at the time of construction.

 

A part of north-central Texas’ Johnson County, the small city of Godley is home to about 1,000 people. It sits about 147 miles from Abilene and 30 miles outside Fort Worth.

Steel Building Frame in Orange, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building frame for a buyer in Orange, Texas, in May of 2014.

The prefabricated metal building stands 40’x80’x16’ with a 1:12 roof pitch, and is currently used as a shop building. It features (4) framed openings for easy user access, among them (1) 10’x10’ overhead door, (2) 12’x14’ overhead doors and (1) 4070 door.

Eastern Texas, where Orange is located, often experiences windy weather conditions, and as such, this metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 112 mph.

The City of Orange is the easternmost city in the State of Texas, and lies within Orange County, in east-central Texas. It lies about 90 miles outside of Baytown and roughly 27 miles from the City of Beaumont.

Pre-Engineered Steel Building Kit in Cross Plains, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Cross Plains, Texas, in early June of 2014.

Evergreen in color and topped with a white roof, the building now serves as a shop. Constructed from repurposed Nucor Building Systems materials, the 60’x60’x14’ metal building with a 3:12 roof pitch is as environmentally friendly as it is economical.

The striking steel building features a total of (3) framed openings, including (1) 3’x5’ window, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door and (1) 12’x12’ overhead door. In consideration of the climate conditions common in central Texas, the metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 91 mph and a ground snow load of 5 lbs.

Cross Plains, Texas is a small town located within Callahan County, in central Texas. The Town of Cross Plains is 127 miles outside Fort Worth, and 44 miles from the City of Abilene.
