Now used as a shop, the low-maintenance building is made from durable Nucor Building Systems components, and it stands 30’x50’12’ with a 3:12 roof pitch. Building features include a heavy-duty galvalume roof and (4) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 10’x12’ opening and (2) 4040 windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.

Cottonwood is prone to a sunny, mild climate with little to no snowfall and occasional strong winds. With this in consideration, the shop was built with a wind speed of 110 mph.
