Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel building in Vail, Iowa, in late March of 2018.

Comprised of premium-grade steel components, the building currently serves as a shop for its owner, and it offers a finished, fully erect size of 50’x70’x14’. Rugged and engineered to last the long haul, the building boasts a striking Light Stone exterior and a Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead.

Constructed using components from Nucor Building Systems, the large Illinois metal building boasts a finished size of 80’x100’x16’, and is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Now used as a combination shop and garage by the owner, the building contains a total of (5) framed openings. These include (3) 20’x14’ openings and (2) 3070 20-gauge walk doors.

Herrick experiences a variable climate with frequent precipitation throughout the year, and with this in mind, the steel building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of weather patterns.

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building in Durant, Iowa, in April of 2017.

Boasting striking, crimson-red paint, the structure stands 40’x80’x14’ in size, and a complementing, light stone-colored roof with a 2:12 pitch covers it from overhead. Crafted using top-of-the-line steel materials, the building now operates as a shop, and it features (6) framed openings varying in size and function. Included are (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 16’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 2402 non-insulated commercial overhead door and (4) 3’x2’ windows.

In consideration of the variable climate and distinct seasonal weather patterns common throughout Durant and much of Iowa, a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional shop features. The city of Durant sits within east-central Iowa, and it has land within Cedar, Muscatine and Scott counties. It sits about 24 miles outside Davenport and roughly 24 miles from Rock Island.

Standing 60’x124’x17’, this massive steel structure is made entirely of Nucor Building Systems components, and has a 3:12 roof pitch.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this preowned, pre-engineered metal building for a customer located in Bartlett, Illinois, in October of 2016.

Crafted from high-end steel components, the rugged, long-lasting building boasts a finished size of 55’x110’x19’ and now serves as a shop area for its owner. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof, and inside of the structure is (1) 14’x14’ framed opening. To enhance overall durability given the variable climate and weather patterns common throughout Bartlett and the surrounding region, this building features a snow load of 24 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 116 mph.

A village with land in both Cook, DuPage and Kane counties in northeastern Illinois, Bartlett is considered a northwest suburb of Chicago. The village is situated about 12 miles outside Wheaton and 6 miles outside Elgin.

Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Fairfield, Idaho, in mid-September, 2016.

Fox gray in color and now used as a shop, the building is crafted from high-end steel components and stands 30’x60’x18’ in size. Covering and protecting it from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch, and inside it are (2) framed openings. These include (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ Model 2432 door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 20-gauge 3070 walk door featuring R-9 insulation.

A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a very high snow load of 100 lbs. serve as additional project features. These inclusions were made with respect to the climate of Fairfield and the surrounding region, an area prone to long, sometimes bitterly cold winters and abundant seasonal snowfall. A part of Camas County near central Idaho, Fairfield is situated about 120 miles outside Nampa and about 70 miles from Twin Falls.

Overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume metal sheeting offers a 4:12 pitch.
