The steel storage building features a broad clear-span, which maximizes usable floor space, and it also features (2) framed openings; (1) 10’x12’ opening and (1) 4070 walk door opening. Additional notable customizations include a high-performance insulation package, with R-30 insulation installed in the storage building’s roof and R25 insulation installed within the walls, and several enhancements made in compliance with the building codes currently in place at the address.
