Metal Buildings in Meridian, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel buildings in Meridian, Idaho, in early August of 2017.

Supremely energy efficient and offering considerable curb appeal, the buildings together serve as a storage area. Comprised of top-grade steel components, the first structure stands 30’x12’x10’ in size once fully erect, while the second structure stands 12’x24’x10’. Covering both storage buildings from above are hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 pitches.

Distributed between the (2) buildings are (4) framed openings varying in size, among them (1) 8’x8’ opening, (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (2) 4’x4’ openings. Installed in the roofs and walls of the structures is R-19 insulation, which keeps building users comfortable regardless of rising or falling temperatures while lowering energy bills associated with the storage area considerably. Additional enhancements made in consideration of the variable climate of Meridian and the considerable snowfall sometimes seen throughout the region include a 25-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

The fastest-growing and third-largest city in Idaho, Meridian is a part of southwestern Idaho’s Ada County. It lies about 11 miles outside Boise and about 13 miles outside Nampa.
