Rugged, durable and designed to withstand Wisconsin’s sometimes harsh climate, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel components and stands 65’x100’x12’ in size. Currently undergoing use as a shop, it boasts a broad clear span, which maximizes usable space, and high overhead clearance, which enhances versatility.
The metal shop’s roof is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 2:12 pitch, and (6) framed openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (3) 10’x10 openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 6070 door opening. Other accommodations made in consideration of the climate and building codes in place in the Holcombe area include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 5-pound snow load.

Comprised of heavy-duty steel components, it offers the strength and ruggedness Colorado construction demands, standing strong in the face of heavy snow, freezing temperatures and other potential building hazards common to the area.
