Designed and engineered for use as an athletic arena, the building offers optimal strength and durability, giving area residents a safe, covered place to recreate, regardless of weather or temperature. Comprised of heavy-duty steel parts, the metal arena is 80’x160’x18’ in size, and it boasts a space-maximizing clear span and high overhead clearance that provide plenty of room for various athletic endeavors.

Steel Gymnasium Building in Duncanville, Alabama

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Duncanville, Alabama.

Crafted from high-end steel components and now functioning as a gym, the durable, ash gray-colored building stands 50’x100’x20’ in size once fully erect. Its rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof has a 2:12 pitch and helps prevent corrosion, and inside, the metal building features (9) framed openings. Included are (1) 10’x12’ opening, (2) 3070 openings and (6) 3’x10’8” openings.

Additionally, the gym features several enhancements made with respect for the climate and weather patterns of the Duncanville area, with a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of five lbs. serving as additional project characteristics. An unincorporated community located within central Alabama’s Tuscaloosa County, Duncanville is situated along U.S. Route 82. The area sits about 13 miles from Tuscaloosa and about 14 miles outside Northport.

Recreational Building Arena in Blanchester, Ohio

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered metal recreational building for a customer in Blanchester, Ohio, in late March of 2019.

Now in use as an indoor athletic arena, the building is comprised of rugged, heavy-duty steel parts, resulting in unparalleled durability. Once erect, it offers a finished size of 100’x120’x16’, and overhead, it boasts a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2.5:12 pitch.

The building features (6) framed openings throughout that make it easily accessible for users, and these include (3) 16’x14’ overhead openings enclosing (3) 16’x14’ walk doors and (2) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors. A 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental customizations made in compliance with local building code requirements.

The village of Blanchester had land in both Clinton and Warren counties and is part of the Cincinnati-Wilmington-Maysville, OH-KY-IN Combined Statistical Area. The community lies about 40 miles outside Cincinnati and about 27 miles north of Bethel, Ohio.
