Now available for lease, the (2) durable, easy-to-maintain metal buildings feature attractive, ash gray paint, and they both stand 40’x162’x20’ in size. Overhead, protecting against corrosion and the elements, are rugged, resilient Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and the buildings themselves are comprised of robust, top-quality steel components.
Both buildings also offer 110-mph wind speed ratings and high, 55-pound snow loads as additional features, taking into account the sometimes-harsh New England weather and the seasonal snowfall that is common throughout Chestnut Hill and much of the surrounding region. A small village set about six miles outside downtown Boston, Chestnut Hill has land within Norfolk, Suffolk and Middlesex counties. It sits about 24 miles from Braintree and about 27 miles outside Weymouth.

It boasts a bold, Koko Brown-colored exterior and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and an insulation package in its roof and walls helps keep energy bills low and stored goods at proper temperatures. In its roof, the metal storage building contains R-19 insulation, while R-13 insulation lines its walls.
Additional elements include (2) framed openings; (1) 14’x14’ opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening, and several accommodations made with regard for the climate of Fremont and the surrounding landscape, among them a 45-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Covering and protecting the steel shop from above is a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 3:12 pitch, and the shop also boasts (2) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. Other customizations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 15 pounds; both of which keep the building in compliance with building code requirements while making it especially well-suited for its particular environment.
