Ash gray in color, it has a complementing Fern Green roof with a 1:12 pitch that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the property while blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Throughout the steel shop are (4) framed openings that make for easy accessibility, and these include (2) 20’x16’ overhead door openings and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors. A 130-mph wind speed rating serves as a supplemental feature added in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the strong winds that sometimes come through Maui and the surrounding island landscape.

Once raised, it boasts a finished size of 44’x24’x12’, and it features a clear-span interior that frees up more space to work by eliminating interior trusses and obstructions.
