Prefabricated Metal Workshop in Vail, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel building in Vail, Iowa, in late March of 2018.

Comprised of premium-grade steel components, the building currently serves as a shop for its owner, and it offers a finished, fully erect size of 50’x70’x14’. Rugged and engineered to last the long haul, the building boasts a striking Light Stone exterior and a Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead.

Additional workshop characteristics include (32) translucent panels, which enhance natural light inside the space, and several inclusions made with respect for the distinct seasonal climate changes experienced in and around Vail, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load.

A small, sparsely populated community located in west-central Iowa, Vail falls within the confines of Crawford County. It sits about 110 miles northwest of Des Moines and about 6 miles southwest of Westside.

Metal Building in Aurora, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Aurora, Colorado.

Energy efficient and built to last, the building boasts a striking, Saddle Tan exterior and a finished size of 30’x60’x14’. Crafted using premium-quality steel materials, the building now functions as a workshop and features (7) framed openings varying in size throughout. These include (1) 3070 opening, (1) 8’x8’ opening, (2) 10’x12’ openings and (3) 4030 windows that allow natural sunlight inside.

Overhead, protecting the shop against the Colorado elements, is a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume Plus roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal roof is high-performing R-30 insulation, which minimizes energy bills associated with the workshop while improving sound control and year-round comfort for users.

To enhance durability given the seasonal climate variations and sometimes heavy snowfall seen throughout Aurora and much of the Denver metro area, a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load serve as additional shop attributes. Part of the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood Metropolitan Statistical Area, the city of Aurora has land in both Adams and Arapahoe counties. Attractive, multifunctional and engineered specifically for use in Wisconsin’s variable climate, the building features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in unmatched structural integrity. Undergoing use as a shop, the Charcoal Grey-colored steel building stands 26’x35’x12’ in size and has a wide, clear-span design, which frees up as much usable interior square footage as possible.

The roof of the building has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of durable, heavy-duty Galvalume panels. The building also features a number of important customizations made in accordance with local building code requirements and with respect for the sometimes-heavy snowfall seen throughout the region, including a high, 60-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Part of the Marinette, WI-MI Micropolitan Statistical Area, Wausaukee is a part of Marinette County. The northeastern Wisconsin community lies about 32 miles northwest of Marinette and about 17 miles north of Beaver, Wisconsin.

Metal Building Outlet secured this preconstructed metal workshop building on behalf of a customer in St. George, Utah, in March of 2019.

Rugged, durable and insulated to make it well-suited for year-round use, the building stands an expansive 100’x100’x22’ in size and is currently undergoing use as a shop. Featuring premium-quality steel construction, the building delivers unrivaled strength and reliability, and a corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume panels sits overhead, offering a 1:12 roof pitch.

The steel shop boasts a bright painted exterior, enhancing curb appeal, and (9) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings serve as additional customizations. An insulation package comprised of R-19 fiberglass roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation helps keep the shop’s energy bills low and its users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures, and it also helps muffle outside noise.

Other features added in compliance with local building code regulations, and in consideration of the St. George area’s typical climate characteristics, include a 21-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Located in southwestern Utah not far from the Arizona border, the city of St. George is a part of Washington County. The community sits about 300 miles south-southwest of St. Lake City and about 164 miles southwest of Richfield.

Metal Workshop Buildings in Denton, Maryland

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (4) preconstructed steel buildings for a buyer in Denton, Maryland, in late April of 2019.

Delivering unrivaled strength and durability, the (4) buildings together serve as a shop, providing ample room for building users to work, store goods or otherwise utilize the covered, all-season space. All (4) structures have attractive, Ash Grey exteriors and rugged Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, but they all differ in size.

The first building, once raised, boasts a finished size of 20’x220’x8.5’, while the second structure stands 30’x170’x8.5’. The third steel workshop stands 30’x110’x8.5’ in size once erect, while the fourth and final building stands 10’x170’x8.5’. Distributed among the (4) metal shops are (106) framed openings, which include (84) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (84) 9’x7’ doors and (22) 4’x7’ openings, each enclosing one of (22) 4’x7’ doors.

Additional features added with regard for the variable climate characteristics of the region and the building codes dictating construction at the build site include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 25-pound snow load. Part of eastern Maryland’s Caroline County, Denton sits roughly 15 miles north of Preston and about 72 miles outside Baltimore.
