Boasting bright polar white trim and now serving as a warehouse facility, the (2) buildings are of equal size, with both standing 120’x200’x20’. Both are crafted from premium-quality steel components, and they are covered and protected overhead by hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs. Both buildings’ roofs feature 4:12 roof pitches.

With respect to the typical climate and weather patterns typically seen throughout the region, both buildings feature wind speeds of 115 mph. A small city located within Baja California, Mexico and a part of the San Diego-Tijuana metropolitan area, Tecate is an alternative entry point to Tijuana for crossing the border between the United States and Mexico.
