Metal Building in Arundel, Maine

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Arundel, Maine, in early February of 2016.

Boasting bright white paint, the building stands 60’x220’x14’ and is now used as a shop by Motorland America, a classic car storage facility. Crafted from rugged, hardwearing metal components and covered above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch, the low-maintenance building is designed with energy efficiency in mind. Installed in the roof is R-19 insulation, which considerably reduces energy costs while enhancing comfort inside for building users.

Additional building features include (6) framed openings, (2) of which are 14’x10’ and (2) of which contain 3070 walk doors, a wind speed of 96 miles per hour and a snow load of 60 lbs. The latter two inclusions were made with respect to the climate in the area. A small town located within Maine’s York County, Arundel is located about 23 miles from Portland and 5.8 miles from Biddeford.

Steel Buildings in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) steel buildings to a customer in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, in late April of 2014.

The metal buildings are made of Nucor Building Systems components, and together now serve as a garage. The first of the buildings stands 36’x40’x16’ with a 2:12 roof pitch, while the second stands 24’x40’x20’ and has a 4:12 roof pitch. Both steel buildings feature 3070 framed walk doors to ensure easy access.

Mt. Sterling is known for its hot, humid summers and relatively mild winters, and, as such, the building features a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 14 lbs. per square foot.

Mt. Sterling is located within Montgomery County, in northeastern Kentucky. Considered the principal city of the Mount Sterling Micropolitan Area, Mt. Sterling lies about 17 miles from the Community of Winchester and about 38 miles from the City of Richmond.

Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this pre-engineered metal building in Koshkonong, Missouri, in October of 2019.

Spacious, energy efficient and multifunctional, the building currently operates as a garage. It features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in optimal protection for stored vehicles, and it stands 24’x30’x12’ in size once raised. The steel garage boasts an attractive, Ash Grey exterior and a complementing, corrosion-resistant charcoal-colored roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead, resulting in considerable street appeal.

The metal garage has (2) main access points, which include (1) 8’x8’ framed opening and (1) 3070 framed opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. Economical, durable and designed to last the long haul, the building is comprised of premium-grade steel materials, and it now serves private use. After a simple erection process, it stands 40’x60’x14’ in size, while a Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior from the elements and corrosion.

Throughout the steel building are (3) framed openings; (1) 3070 opening and (2) 16’x14’ openings, and a 130-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional feature added in consideration of the strong wind activity that sometimes comes through the region. Part of the Hinesville-Fort Stewart metropolitan statistical area, the city of Walthourville lies within southeastern Georgia’s Liberty County. The community sits about eight miles outside Flemington and just under two miles from Allenhurst.
