Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Denham Springs, Louisiana in April of 2021.

Now undergoing use as a shop, the building boasts premium-quality steel construction and stands an expansive 50’x100’x20’/24’ when raised. It has a broad clear span that maximizes available floor space and high ceilings that boost versatility, and overhead, it features a hardwearing Galvalume single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch.

The metal shop building has (4) framed openings allowing access inside. There is also a 5’ overhang along three of the building’s walls, which creates additional usable covered space. A 130-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional building customization, maintaining compliance with local building codes.

The city of Denham Springs is part of Livingston Parish and the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. The community lies about 17.5 miles outside Baton Rouge and about 6 miles west of Walker.
