Three Steel Buildings in Pingree, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) steel buildings to a customer in Pingree, Idaho, in early June of 2012.

The first building stands 20’x50’16 with a 3:12 roof pitch, the second, 16’x50’x10’ with a 2:12 roof pitch and the third, 16’x50’x10’ with a 2:12 roof pitch. All of the buildings feature parts by CO Building Systems.

Among them, the buildings have (9) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x14’ overhead door, (2) 12’x18’ overhead doors, (2) 3070 walk doors and (4) 3050 windows. In consideration of Idaho’s occasionally heavy snowfall and variable weather patterns, the buildings all have R-19 insulation in both their roofs and walls. They also have a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 45 lbs.

Pingree, Idaho is an unincorporated community located within Bingham County, in Southeast Idaho. It lies about 22 miles from Aberdeen and about 40 miles outside Pocatello.

Steel Building in Emmett, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Emmett, Idaho, in December of 2015.

Polar white in color with complementing evergreen trim, the attractive and energy-efficient building stands 80’x75’x16’ in size and is constructed from premium-grade steel components. Its roof has a 2:12 pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the metal building, now used for storage, are (10) framed openings. These include (5) that house 3070 walk doors, (4) 16’x14’ openings and (1) 14’x14’ framed opening.

To reduce energy costs associated with the structure, R-6 insulation with high-performance WMP VRR facing is installed within its roof and walls. Additional project features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. were added with respect for the climate of the Emmett, Idaho area. A part of west-central Idaho’s Gem County, Emmett lies about 30 miles outside Nampa and about 25 miles from Meridian.

Metal Buildings in Meridian, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel buildings in Meridian, Idaho, in early August of 2017.

Supremely energy efficient and offering considerable curb appeal, the buildings together serve as a storage area. Comprised of top-grade steel components, the first structure stands 30’x12’x10’ in size once fully erect, while the second structure stands 12’x24’x10’. Covering both storage buildings from above are hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 pitches.

Distributed between the (2) buildings are (4) framed openings varying in size, among them (1) 8’x8’ opening, (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (2) 4’x4’ openings. Installed in the roofs and walls of the structures is R-19 insulation, which keeps building users comfortable regardless of rising or falling temperatures while lowering energy bills associated with the storage area considerably. Additional enhancements made in consideration of the variable climate of Meridian and the considerable snowfall sometimes seen throughout the region include a 25-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

The fastest-growing and third-largest city in Idaho, Meridian is a part of southwestern Idaho’s Ada County. It lies about 11 miles outside Boise and about 13 miles outside Nampa.

Rugged and low maintenance, the metal building is blue in color and carefully crafted from high-end steel components. Now used for storage purposes, its roof is also blue in color and boasts a 4:12 roof pitch. When fully erect, the building stands 15’x30’x10’ in size, and it has (3) framed openings inside. These include (2) 10’x8’ openings enclosing (2) 10’x8’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 opening equipped with (1) 3070 steel walk door. With respect for the climate of Oakland and the surrounding region, a wind speed rating of 115 mph is included as an additional project feature.

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Livermore, California, in May of 2017.

Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the structure boasts a finished size of 60’x120’x18’, and it now serves storage purposes. A rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the building against the elements, and the structure also features (13) framed openings distributed throughout. These include (6) 14’x14’ openings, (2) 3’4”x7’ openings and (5) 6040 windows.

In consideration of the Livermore area’s relatively mild, Mediterranean climate, a wind speed rating of 110 mph serves as another storage building feature. Located within California’s Alameda County, Livermore is situated along the eastern edge of the San Francisco Bay Area. Durable, low maintenance and energy efficient, the building serves miscellaneous purposes and features premium-quality steel construction. Once erect, it stands 45’x80’x16’ in size, and it boasts a wide clear span and an attractive, Ash Grey exterior. The roof of the metal building has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume Plus panels, and (6) framed openings ranging in size serve as additional customizations.

Included are (3) 12’x14’ overhead openings enclosing (3) 12’x14’ overhead doors, (1) 10’x10’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x10’ door and (2) 3070 walk door framed openings, each containing one of (2) 3070 windows. Energy efficient, attractive and engineered to withstand harsh weather, pests and other common hazards, the building stands 60’x125’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Overhead, a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch guards against the elements and corrosion, while a high-performance insulation package comprised of R-10 insulation adorns the building’s roof and walls, minimizing energy bills while enhancing comfort for shop users.

Distributed throughout the metal workshop, improving accessibility, are (11) framed openings ranging in size, among them (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening, (2) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 22’x14’ opening, (1) 6’4”x7’2” opening and (4) 3’x8’ openings.
