Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building for a buyer in Cleveland, Ohio, in late May of 2014.

Constructed with Nucor Building Systems components, the structure now operates as a shop. With a finished size of 30’x50’x16’ and a 2:12 roof pitch, the pre-engineered metal building is polar white in color, and covered by a Galvalume roof. It features a variety of framed openings, including (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors, (1) 3070 walk door, (2) 3030 fan-framed openings, (2) steel-backed overhead doors and (1) lever-locked walk door.

To enhance energy efficiency and improve user comfort regardless of season, the steel building has R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls. In consideration of the climate and seasonal snowfall seen in Cleveland, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph, and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.

The second-most populous city in Ohio, Cleveland is the county seat of Cuyahoga County, in Northeastern Ohio. It lies about 39 miles from Akron and 117 miles outside Toledo.
