Metal Building in Lowell, Arkansas

Dish Network Building

Metal Building Outlet supplied these steel buildings in Lowell, Arkansas. These three Nucor steel buildings were purchased by Dish Network in September, 2012 to be used as warehouses and office space for the Benton County location in northwestern Arkansas. It is less than twenty miles from Fayetteville and Bentonville.

Dish Network selected metal buildings for these structures due to the fact that they were cost effective, easily customizable and the construction time was less than for traditional buildings.

These buildings are each 56’6”x37’2”x10’ and have a 2:12 pitched roof. These buildings feature a number of door sizes, including two 12’x12’ overhead doors, an 8’x10’ overhead door and four 3’x7’ walk doors. The buildings are filled with natural light from the fourteen windows.

An energy efficient insulation package was purchased with high quality 9” R-30 insulation for the roof and 4” R-13 insulation for the walls. This building also features a wind load of 90 MPH and snow load of 25PSF for ground.
