Light stone in color with a polar white roof this durable, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing structure serves as the owner’s storage facility. It was constructed with two 12’ x 14’ doors.  The steel building has a wind load rating of 130 mph which is due to the Atlantic hurricane season that has the potential to wreak havoc on Antigua from the beginning of June through the end of November.

The building owner picked up the structure in Houston, Texas, where it was top-loaded by a crane into a 40’ container. The container was then transported to Galveston, Texas before shipping to its final destination in Antigua. Top-loading is a preferable method when shipping internationally primarily because the materials are handled only once from pickup at the factory to delivery at the jobsite.
